Originally founded as Top Thought Studios in 2006, the company was renamed to Skybend in 2008; the merger of Dan Phillips' creative agency and Nate Jones' software development firm. Dan and Nate combined their businesses, after many years of partnership, to provide a complete solutions offering for business identity, web, and print needs. Their unique balance of form and function creates products that are both visually stunning and effective.

As Creative Director of Skybend, Dan focuses on working closely both with the clients and the design team to bring branding stories to life using powerful visuals. Over the years he has worked with brands such as Sony, Taco Bell, Pepsi, Charles Schwab, and Cisco. Nate M Jones Founder / Technical Director
As Technical Director of Skybend, Nate oversees all development efforts. He brings the graphic designs to life on the web. Nate's ability to visualize how an entire solution should function helps deliver a markedly better product.
